What it is
The Workbook is the daily companion to The Contemporary Journey. It translates the book's philosophy into structured practice across an eight-week arc: four weeks of preparation, a ceremony bridge, and four weeks of integration.
Each day has its own page. Each week has its own focus. The four pillars — Physical, Psychological, Emotional, and Energetic — are tracked daily, building awareness of patterns that emerge over time.
The Workbook stands alone. You do not need the book, the course, or the community to complete a full arc. It is designed for solitary use, though it pairs well with facilitated support.
